Thoughtfully crafted from origin to bottle. I love the story behind this olive oil and the thought that has gone into every detail, from the recycled glass to the easy-pour spout. The olive oil itself is a gorgeous green-gold colour, with fruity green notes, subtle peppery spice and a beautifully robust mouthfeel. Truly delicious — I’m hooked!

On the palate, it’s remarkably silky and full-bodied. It opens with a beautifully herbaceous burst of fresh, grassy notes, settling into a subtle, nutty warmth before finishing with that classic, peppery bite at the back of the throat. Wonderfully harmonious and robust, it’s brilliant drizzled over a fresh salad, crusty sourdough, or finished grilled vegetables. An outstanding, artisanal Greek olive oil that has earned a permanent spot on my kitchen counter!
Pricey but exceptional EVOO
I love it. It's the tastiest oil I've ever tasted & the flavour that it adds to so many dishes is unbelievable, even ice cream.

Early Harvest and Main Harvest are two picking points within the same annual harvest season.
Our higher-elevation family groves in Gaitses generally ripen later than fruit grown lower down. Exact timing still depends on rainfall, temperature, wind, fruit load and crop condition.
The dates are a guide, not a deadline. We pick according to the fruit and the conditions each year.

Olive groves don't look after themselves.
Our family has cared for trees in Mani for generations. The next job is to keep that work going. Where we can, we also want to bring neglected olive plots back into regular care.
We'll show the work as it happens. No vague restoration counters. No tree per bottle maths. Just the groves, the work and what has actually been done.

It started before the brand
Auntie Aphrodite cared for the family olive trees for decades before passing them to her nephew, Nikos.
Today Nikos and Lesley look after the groves in Mani. Jamie runs Something Else in the UK.
The bottle came much later.
